Basic Version (Free)
The basic version of Alight Motion is available for at no charge, but use of certain effects and features are restricted and there will be a watermark on your video.
Other than these two restrictions, there is no difference between the paid version and free version, so feel free to try out the app and make sure it fits your needs before deciding whether to pay.
The most affordable way to use Alight Motion is via the Monthly and Annual subscription options. The largest discount available is the annual subscription, which is approximately 50% of the cost of a monthly subscription, depending on your currency and local VAT tax calculation.
Your subscription payments are processed automatically through Google Play on Android, or the App Store on iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch every month (or year, if you choose the annual option)
You can cancel your subscription at any time. On Android, you can cancel in the Google Play Store app or on the Google Play Store web site. If you cancel your subscription in the middle of a subscription period, your subscription will not renew automatically at the end of that period, but you can still continue to use the app normally for the period that you have already paid for.
Important Note: We periodically adjust the subscription rate for new subscribers to account for currency exchange rate differences, VAT adjustments, or price adjustments as our cost to maintain and develop the app changes. As long as you remain subscribed, your monthly or annual rate is locked in and will not change. However, if you cancel and later re-subscribe, your rate may change.
Other Payment Options
If you use a payment method on Google Play or the App Store other than a credit card, depending on your country, subscription options may not be available. Please see Accepted Payment Options on Google Play or Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID for more information.
Team, Enterprise, and Volume Licensing
If you are purchasing Alight Motion in quantity, or need to place your order using a purchase order to bank transfer, we are working on a licensing portal to automate this process. In the meantime, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to mention "licensing" somewhere in the subject of the email.
Except where otherwise required by applicable laws or app market policy, we reserve the right to determine refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Please note that we only have the ability to offer refunds for products purchased in our Android app via the Google Play Store or directly from us via bank transfer; for other refund requests, please contact the relevant app market or payment processor directly.
To request a refund, contact email@example.com. Be sure to write "refund request" in the subject, and be sure to include your Google Play order number (shown in the My Account screen in the Alight Motion app) as well as listing any email addresses you may have used for the purchase (any email addresses you use with Google Play). We need this information in order to find your order; without it, it is impossible to issue a refund.
While we generally have no obligation to issue refunds (except as noted above), we will usually do so if we deem the request reasonable.
