When reporting your error, please provide a detailed description of your issue, including detailed step-by-step instructions for us to reproduce the issue. Also, if you could export the project XML and send it as well, we would be very appreciative! (You can do this by tapping the three vertical dots on the top right of the export menu and choosing More Export Options.)
OpenGL OutOfMemory Error
This error is not due to lack of storage space on the device, but may be due to lack of RAM or graphics resources. If you receive this error, please try the following steps.
1. Reboot your device.
2. Make sure no other apps (especially video players or screen recorders) are running
3. If 1 & 2 don't work, try reducing the number of video clips or the resolution of video clips in the project. It may be that your device does not have enough resources to export your current project.
Export always stops at X%
If a particular project always stops exporting at the same percentage value every time, then look at that point on the timeline to find the clip causing the problem. For example, if export fails at 25% and the project is 8 minutes long, look at 25% of 8 minutes, or 2:00:00, to find what might be causing the problem. It might be that there is a part of your project that is using too many resources for your device to handle.
