Thank you for your interest in the Alight Motion membership subscription!

Membership gives you full access to all features in Alight Motion, including premium effects, premium features such as Advanced Easing, Project Package sharing, and more! Membership also includes removal of all ads, and removal of the watermark.

Prices vary by region depending on your currency, market, and any applicable taxes. To check how much membership costs, or if you would like to purchase membership, just open Alight Motion, tap the profile icon at the top of the screen to open the My Account screen, and then tap Membership Options.

Please note that membership automatically renews on a monthly or annually basis, depending on the membership plan you have selected. If you would like to cancel your membership, please do so at least 24 hours before the renewal. If you have any issues finding this information or purchasing a membership, please let us know by contacting us at support@alightcreative.com! Please also let us know what you’re seeing on screen by sending us screenshots or screen recordings of the issue. Please feel free to omit any personal information you may not wish to share, and we will try to look into the issue in more detail.

Please also make sure to reply to any auto responses you may receive, and carefully follow instructions from our support team, so that we can address your concerns! Our normal response time is 1 to 3 business days, due to the volume of tickets we receive, but may be longer during the holiday season (our support team follows Korean and Indonesian public holidays).
