How to find out why Alight Motion is not available

If Alight Motion doesn't show up when you search for it in Google Play or the App Store, it could be for either of two reasons:

It's not supported on your device
It's not available in your country

To find out which it is on Android, go to the Alight Motion page on the Google Play website directly from your phone without searching, using this link: Alight Motion on Google Play. You should see a message that tells you the reason why it's not available.

For iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch, you can use this link: Alight Motion on the App Store
