How to find out why Alight Motion is not available for you
If Alight Motion doesn't show up when you search for it in Google Play or the App Store, it could be for one of two reasons:
- It's not supported on your device
- It's not available in your country
On Android, you can go to the Alight Motion page on the Google Play website directly from your phone by using this link: Alight Motion on Google Play. You should see a message telling you the reason why it's not available.
For iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch, you can use this link: Alight Motion on the App Store.
For Mac computers with Apple Silicon, in order to find Alight Motion, you must search under the “iPhone & iPad Apps” category in the App Store.

Why isn't it available in my country?
This isn't up to us, we promise.
Even though Alight Motion is free to use, it includes the option to pay to access premium features, which means it counts as a "paid app" in the Google Play Store. This determines whether Google Play is legally able to offer Alight Motion in your country.
